Hi, me and my partner just bought a cavalier king charles spaniel puppy. He's about 3 months old. When we take him out for a walk, he seems fine for a while but then just freezes and refuses to budge. His tail goes between his legs as if he's afraid of something but we can't tell what it is exactly. If we pick him up and carry him for 20 or so yards, he'll start to walk again; but itsnot long before he freezes up again!!! Does anybody know what I can do to fix this little problem? maybe he feel something bad.. or maybe his just freezing..
