know anything about him))? Ok so he dissapeared yesterday and was gone for 24+ hrs. he came home and his penis is very swollen red and protruding and I am assuming very raw, he does not seem to be bleeding but there are blood spots where he lays. (this is not the normal "red rocket" that dogs get?) Is this normal? Will his penis go back "in" I really can not afford to take him to the vet so any help or answers would be most helpful. He has urinated at least once since he has been back. This is serious so please refrain from making wise cracks no matter how tempted u are. I have heard them all from my husband. I am really worried about him. PLEASE HELP

PLEASE surrender this dog to a non-kill shelter or a Rescue in your area.

He needs medical care that you cannot provide, and it wouldn't be fair to him to allow him to be in pain.

This happened to my grandmas poodle and the vet told us to spray water on it and awhile later it went back in.
