my dog is sick, she wont move and just threw up wuts wrong?

shes not responding to what were saying. we put her in our garage and she walked there on her own but is very slow and i dont know wuts wrong with her!?!?! she was walking and almost fell too (CRIES)

aww, i don't know maybe she ate something? call the vet ASAP!
