Default My dog is very ill and we are at a point of loss to why.?

3 days ago my Maltese cross fell ill and we took her to the vet. She is 7 years old and had always been a very healthy dog. Her symptoms are as follows:
1. Very week
2. Not eating
3. Heart rate of 42
4. Oxygenation level of 89
5. Not parsing any poo
6. Vomiting a yellow mucus
She has been at the veterinarian clinic for three days on a drip to keep her hydrated and in some form of health. A blood test indicated there is no organ failure, an xray and ultra sound to check for a blockage in her intestine which has shown a clear passage. She has had another blood test today which will either eliminate or confirm thyroid problems. We love Peigi as part of the family and I would be very appreciative if anyone has any ideas on what this could be. She is running out of time. Thanks.
