You don't want him to go in the crate at all! The crate is what teaches him to be housebroken..i know its tough on you, but since he's so small, you have to let him out if you want it to be easier down the road with housetraining. this will only be for a little longer, and you'll be glad later on.
Try not to shout at him, it will onlyincrease his mad behavior.Just keep telling yourself, this will go by fast, in no time your dogs going to be housetrained.
