Default Hello! New member with new puppy!

Hi! I am a new member with a new puppy. He is in puppy school as of last week and we are learning not to bite so hard. They tell me to yelp and turn my back to him or leave the room for a minute or so when he bites to hard. It seems to help a little. I guess Rome wasn't built in a day. He is not destructive in his chewing, he just likes to chew on humans the most! Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
Ringo is his name-o!
