...pet her.? She usually does not bite hard, so she is not mean, but it is annoying. How do I get her to stop.

She's teething. She will lick and chew anything that she comes into contact with until all her baby teeth are replaced with adult teeth. this usually is all done by about 9 or 10 months of age. get her loads of chew toys to stop her from chewing you or your furniture etc.
