Finding a local German Shepherd Dog breeder?

Where can i find local german shepherd dogs in florida. My friend is planning to get one in june. So im helping her find a good breeder.

But i think most likely she will get one from the shelter since there are LOTS of german shepherds and shepherd mix in the shelters near by. Both adults and puppies.

Can someone post me a link to a GSD club with a list of breeders
oh yea and in FL.
