I heard really good things abou it now i am hearing negative. is canidae all life stages good dog food for my 5month old german shepherd
i also switched from iams so is it better than iams

I feed my rottweiler this dog food and out of all the brands we have tried (which is too many to name) this is the only one that has not given him diarrhea. On the dog food grading site, listed below canidae received an A+.

Canidae is a good dog food... whoever is making negative comments likely is some zealot that doesn't actually know about most dog regimens... Iams sucks, Science Diet, Pedigree, Eukaneuba, a lot of them suck but Canidae, California Natural, Innova, Evo, etc., are decent foods...


add: and we all know what great condition trooper canines are in! Iams sucks... Canidae isn't even 'overpriced' so that sort of tells you how inane that person's post was! hahaha It is quite reasonably priced. I used to feed raw and prefer it but since I do a lot of training and trialing and showing, I have switched to Canidae to make travel/feeding easier. Heck, feed what your dog thrives on has always been my rule of thumb but then I am not an all knowing USBP, USJD or NH trooper K9 expert who considers corn and beaks a suitable canine diet
