...kennel when he does something wrong? The growling thing started about 8 months ago...it was a low warning growl it seemed like...he was in his kennel for getting into something he wasn't suppose to..he went in his kennel, i shut the door and locked it and banged on the door a few times to get him to listen...that's when he growled...i got scared, left him in there and went to bed...he hasn't done it since then...til recently..my boyfrined and I have had him since he was about 6 weeks old...he is not just over 3years old..my boyfriend has always been to punish him when he gets in trouble...i did it a few times, but it was mainly him...anyways, my boyfriend has been away on a job for 6 days now....since then, i have left the dog out while I am at work...after the first two days he has gotten into things...each day i come home...i stare at what he did..he goes into the kennel on his own...he growls from the moment i start shutting the door til i walk away...he growled at me when i smacked him yesterday..what do i do???
