Default Any rescue/adoption sites or places that don't carry 100% altered dogs?

I have no problem fixing my animal when the time is right. However all I can find on the adoption sites are fixed animals. Most of these dogs are untrained or adversly trained.

I have trained 2 altered dogs in my whole life and neither one would win an award. All my other dogs are modle behavior and people get very disapointed when I can't recommend a trainer. I just found a six month old that I would have taken from the shelter in a heartbeat except he was fixed. I don't know how to train a fixed working dog. I come from a family where the dogs work, none were fixed till they were at least 3. Full grown and fully trained.

Anyone know a place?
I understand the training when it comes to puppies, but I'm not talking about puppies. I'm talking about already grown and wrongfully trained DOGS.

I do get my dogs fixed. Not till they are trained though. I want my dog to be protective.

I used to live in a state that would require the dog to be fixed within a set amount of time. I'm more so looking for something like that.
Protective and agressive are very different, before you jump down my throat.
and I know there are 2 'g's in aggresive
