Default HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! my PUPPY is SICK?

My pug just had puppies about a week ago. She had 9 of them but one died. There were no birth defects with the other 8 but the second to last born had trouble breathing. Now its a week and a day later and because there are so many... we need to put some of them with goat milk so that they all get fed. But I donno what has happened because now one of the male puppies is very lathargic and has a very pale tongue. He also has some kind of liquid dribbling out his anus. He won't drink his moms milk and he's a little shaky and won't move. He IS still alive though... and i'm too young to know what to do... my dad is trying to scedual an appointment at the vet but its my sister's birthday!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Try a dap of clear corn syrup no honey! on the end of your finger and rub it on the pups roof of it's mouth. sound like it my have low blood sugar. Just a bit it may help until you get to the vets.
Good luck.
