Default My puppy is sick, what do I do.?

my 3 month old puppy was fine yesterday morning and then about 2 in the afternoon he was laying around alot and then he threw up about a total of 5 times. He layed around all day and didnt come to me when I called him. His poop is liquid and his eyes are watering alot. About 10 last night he seemed to be better , he got up and walked around for a while and drank a little water. This morning he woke up went to potty and still liquid when he does number 2 , but he is walking around a little more. What do I do, my brother says it will cost me around 200 dollars to take him and have him checked. I dont have the money right now to do that. Could it be something he ate that made him sick?

Call up the Veterinary Emergency Clinic anyway, they
gave me advice over the phone.
However, if you explain about the money thing, who
knows, the Vet may do monthly installments??
I don't know.

I agree with the others you need to find a way to take him to the vet, has he ever been to a vet? there are alot of dangers out there for puppies and i would probably be borrowing or calling around to see if a vet in your area has a payment plan or does probono work on the side. I agree it is very expensive to have a pet but in the long run to have a healthy pet is worth the money.

Take him to the vet! Pawn something, borrow money from someone, get a pay day loan. This is a living animal. People should not get animals if they can't afford medical emergencies.

Parvo or poisons he got into may be at issue and you cannot treat any of them from home.

Dying of parvo is a horrible way to die.

Diseases can be prevented by having regular puppy vaccines in a series starting when they're 8 weeks old. Keeping them out of poisons is easy if you're a competent, alert pet owner.

Do not assume what it is or take advice online other than going to a vet. Ask around for an affordable vet in your area. There's also a line of credit called Care Credit, for use specifically with vet bills. Website for application is:

Yes, it does sound like Parvo. You need to rush your baby to the vet, a lot of vet's offices will provide paymet plans. You'll have to call and ask about them. Otherwise I would ask your mom, dad, friend etc for the money that you don't have for the visit, and just pay them back ASAP. Good luck! I hope your puppy will be ok...
