Does my Jack Russell look healthy and well-cared for?
A neighbor of mine says that I am neglectful of my dog, a three year old Jack Russell Terrier named Dodger. He is normally outside for a few hours a day so that he can interact and play with our other neighbor's (not the complaining one) dog and use the bathroom. Our neighbor (the complaining one) says that we leave him out there all day long, ignore him, and never feed him. This is becoming a problem and it is actually worrying me. Does he see something that I don't? Here are a few pictures of Dodger. Please tell me he looks healthy and well-cared for.

Actually, he stays outside for about two hours or so am I am always out there with him because he used to be slightly aggressive. (We fixed that quick fast and in a hurry!) I read while he plays with Jenny, the neighbors Cocker Spaniel. And the both of them always have fresh water as well as a kiddie pool to swim around in if they get too hot. In the winter, Dodger always wears a doggy
coat while outside. I make sure that he he stays relatively quiet - or at least if he does bark a bit it isn't towards the evil neighbor - and I can't stand little holes in the yard so I make sure any holes dug are in the garden at the back gate. Nothing should disturb the nieghbor - and yes, he owns a black and white mixed breed dog. She's a cutey!
