Hi everyone, we have a 9 wk old Australian Shepherd, we have had him for 3 weeks now. Since this is my first puppy, I would like suggestions on how we are doing raising him. Thanks! First of all, my boyfriend and I work 8 hours days, the same hours, mon- fri. I am home at lunch to let him potty and play with him, and feed him, love on him. When we get home, we play with him, and exercise him, until we go to bed. We go for walks and to the local park, we play games etc...... At night he is kenneled just like he is during the day, Except at night we block off part of the kennel so it is more confined for him, but during the day he gets the whole kennel, which is 2 large crates put together and then a smaller one. He has a large amount of room to play during the day. The set up sounds goofy, but actually it is very cute! He is on scheduled eating, and is leash trained, and potty trained as good as he can be for his age, and sits on command. Please suggest some improvements! Thx
