it seems to me that your dog is having some kind of allergic reaction because spring is nearing it is the right time of the year for allergic reactions from pollens etc if you are really concerned plz go see a vet!!!

He had red marks on his back and tummy all his life, they turned to black spots and he died. Go to a vet and get some medication for him/her now...before it is to late.
