dog food gravy for a 8 week old puppy?

i have a mix breed 8 week old puppy (collie/chow/fox hound/golden retriver/many other things...lol)
and some dog food gravy ( not gravy for humans ) is it ok to use it with him? or is he to young?

btw, he had tap worms but we took him to the vet and they are gone...
tape worms *
