I agree with getting a professional dog trainer involved. We've had pups that showed some food aggression, we started feeding everything by hand. Once that seemed fine we'd put small amounts in the dish and add more while he's eating, he came to see that a hand near his food just meant more food. I'd lay off bones, or anything that lasts, for a while. Once things seem more under control slowly bring them back. Teach your dog 'release' or 'drop it', 'give' whatever you like to call it. If he gives you his bone, immediately give him a treat then give is bone back. He'll figure that's a great deal, and won't think you're 'stealing' his food. Always show a calm demeanor and lots of patience.
Good Luck!
