both r really good foods. i personally dont use either one. but i would reccomend canidae. it is a good food and it is a lot cheaper than innova. u wil literally go broke buying innova for ur dogs at least thats my opinion.

Canidae and Innova are the same price where I'm located. I feed Innova and have found that my kids get 3 cups a day. That means a 50# bag lasts 90 days. No lie! I did the math! On average Innova will cost about $35-45/55# bag depending on where you live, I live in FL and pay $40 but I know in NYC it was cheaper since it's closer to the mill.

I'm going to have to go with Innova.

I feed my 6 year old Peekapoo Innova Adult formula and she loves it and has so much energy! No fillers or by products. Canidae is also really good, but doing my own research I just liked Innova better. Plus if one of my dogs suddenly got allergic to it, Innova has a allergenic one called Innova Evo. Which is good too!

All in all, I recommend Innova :]

I went with innova because canidae didn't have food for different life stages or conditions like innova has. Canidae has one dog food for puppy, adult and senior. That doesn't seem right to me, I know my senior dog needed different amount of nutrients. And puppies need food designed for their rapid growth.

I feed my cats and dogs innova, and feel better that there are special formulas made for their unique growth stages and needs.
(ok I sounded like a commercial for innova didn't i)

Innova is better, but more expensive.

If you can't afford it, go with Canidae.
