I need good answers please, all I have ever fed all my Min. Schnauzers and now my 2 new Akita pups has been Nutro Max.....our vet today suggested I put the Akita's on Royal Canin....is it that good, and why.....I have gone on their website, and it sounds pretty darn good.....do any of you on here, actually feed it......??????Thanks
1- My vet has been our vet for 19 yrs, and he does not sell dog food from his practice, he thinks the Royal Canin is good for large boned dogs..he has Mastiff's and that is what he feeds
2-Money is not an issue, if it costs $100.00 a bag and is the best, then I would buy it.....money is not an issue when it comes to my babies health..
3-Petco buys from manufacturers that allows their dog food to sit on docks, thus alot of times, complaints arise about bugs being in the bags hen purchased from Petco, I buy all from Petsmart, that will pull bags of dog food a week before the expiratiion date.

4- Let me thank all of you, this really helped, and I am getting on the websites now to check out this dog food.
5- Cannot find anyone here that sells Innova,,,,,where is it sold??????\
