Is it safe , to feed Dogs & Cats , Flax SEED , milled , in there food ???

I am home cooking , Dog & Cat food , is , it good to put , "milled Flax seed , in there food , since people eat it ?????

yes. have you ever seen the australian pedigree commercial?
it contains wheat, lots of other stuff, flax seed and apple

yes it's safe. I use it when I make dog treats.
