Default At what age did you switch your large breed puppy/dog to adult food?

I have a pit/lab mix and she is about 15 months... I think it's time to start thinking about switching her to adult food. Currently, we feed her Nutro Lamb & Rice for Large Breed Puppy... (I know to read the bag and do research) Just wondering what your personal experiences were with this issue. Thanks!
