Default What table foods are safe for a dog to eat and maintain good nutrition?

I want to know if I was able to give my 7 month old Shi Tzu table food like fresh veggies or fruit such as carrots, apples, pears or something.
currently she is on a good food I believe. Its Nutro Natural Choice and Nutro Max.

As a dog owner, I take them to the vet reg, which you should ask you vet about your dogs diet. But you can give your dog a great diet by picking out a Dog Food that has all you mentioned in it.
Try to refrain From Breads. Veggies are good for the dog, but if they are not fresh they can have a lot of other things that can cause problems later in your dogs life. Do not under any conditions give your dog Chicken Bones, smaller breeds can choke on them, they splinter easy... So if you don't have a vet yet, or its to costly, you can always call any vet for advice, or even your local SPCA...

It's probably ok to give veggies, but not sure about fruit (because of the seeds). But you should be giving your dog proper commercial dog food. That should be the mainstay of your dog's diet.

Just stick to the dog food. Human food is too high ion fat and a lot of things that are OK for humans can kill a dog. Apple seeds contain toxins and even a few can make a dog very sick and even kill it. Dog food is safe though. So just stick with that.

Be sure to feed doggie foods that are fit for doggie's digestive system. You can make homemade dog food if you don't approve of regular commercial dog food.

Most dogs willingly eat vegetables, particularly if they are cooked, and many kinds of fruit, although grapes, avocados, and raisins are toxic to dogs. Remember that chocolate is very, very bad for dogs!!!

The 2nd link below are dog food & dog treat recipes. Bone Appetit!

Um all though fruit is good for humans, I don't think all fruit is good for puppies. You will probably have to read up on that. If you mix a little bit of table food with their dog food that won't hurt their little tummies.

My papillion mis had cancer on both sides of his throat, I am inclined to believe it was because of how many leftovers he ate over his 9 year span of life. but to answer your question best, this is what you need.
